The Framework That Changes How You Show Up

Built from peer-reviewed research. Designed for real-world application. Grounded in the science of how successful people think, decide, and act.

Where It Comes From

`In 2025, I completed my doctoral dissertation at Tennessee Tech University studying a question that had bothered me for years: why do some people consistently produce results while others — equally talented, equally educated — don't?

The answer wasn't IQ. It wasn't luck. It wasn't even hard work in the traditional sense.

It was metacognition — the ability to think about your own thinking — combined with a specific set of self-accountability practices that successful individuals use, often without naming them.

My research identified three major themes and nine sub-themes. That body of work became this framework.`

Social Cognitive Theory

Bandura (1986, 1997) — Your belief in your own capability — self-efficacy — directly determines the actions you take, the persistence you show, and the goals you pursue. This framework teaches you how to build and sustain that belief deliberately.

Social Cognitive Career Theory

Lent, Brown & Hackett (1994) — Your career path is shaped by the intersection of what you believe you can do, what you expect will happen if you try, and the goals you are willing to commit to. This framework gives you tools to work all three levers.
