PH.D. - RESEARCHER - EDUCATOR - THOUGHT LEADER
I Study What Makes People Actually Succeed.
Not theoretically, not paper, in real careers, real organizations, and real lives.
I spent years watching the same pattern repeat itself. Talented, educated, motivated people who knew exactly what they needed to do — and consistently didn't do it. Not because they lacked information. Because they lacked the internal infrastructure to act on it.
That question drove me to complete my doctoral research at Tennessee Tech University, where I built a dissertation study around the metacognitive and self-accountability practices of career-successful individuals. What I found was not just an academic finding — it was a human truth. The practices that drove their success are universal. They are teachable.
My dissertation became a framework. The framework became a course. The course is becoming a movement — one institution, one organization, one person at a time.
I currently work as a Data Analyst at a large Corporation. I have served on multiple boards and spent five years as president of a diversity-focused nonprofit.
